On November 28, 2024, Belt and Road School (BRS) of Beijing Normal University (BNU) conducted the 27th Belt and Road Lecture Series. Professor Aminu Mamman, a scholar in African management practices and Professor of Development Studies at the University of Manchester, delivered a keynote speech titled, "Area Studies and Methodological Challenges in Identifying Indigenous African Management Practices." The event gathered international students from 40 countries studying in the Belt and Road School, alongside some other students from BNU.
