lAbout Scholarship
What kinds of scholarships do you offer?
1. Belt and Road School offers Belt and Road School Scholarship which includes full scholarship and partial scholarship
2. Chinese Government Scholarship

3. Guangdong Government International Outstanding Student Scholarship
Is the Belt and Road Scholarship a fully founded scholarship?
- Belt and Road School Scholarships are consisted of full scholarship and partial scholarship. The full scholarship provides tuition waiver of two years, a health insurance, and a stipend for housing and living; the partial scholarship provides tuition waiver of two years, a health insurance, and a partial stipend for living.
What is the standard of accommodation/housing fee？
RMB 7,500 yuan/ one year.
What’s the evaluation criteria of scholarship?
- All students are considered for full or partial scholarships based on their overall assessment of academic merit or specific eligibility criteria.
Is there any possibility to apply for CSC scholarship for MBA and MPA students?
- Yes, both MBA and MPA students are eligible to apply for CSC scholarship which depends on their academic merit or specific eligibility criteria.
lAbout Qualification
I would like to ask about the English proficiency test scores, besides IELTS, can we use the TOEFL IBT or TOEFL ITP test?
-No. TOEFL IBT or TOEFL ITP test are not accepted so far. Applicants should demonstrate an adequate level of proficiency in English. Non-native English speakers should provide a certificate issued by school attended to prove the medium of instruction was English or TOEFL 90 or IELTS 6.0.
Does working experience is rigid requirement?
- Working experience is required. One year or longer of working experience is preferred. requirement but if you have more than one year of working experience you will be more competitive in scholarship applying.
lAbout Application
Does the application for MBA and MPA programs need letters of recommendation?
-Yes. You shall submit two recommendation letters from two professors or vice professors. . (There is no specified format for the recommendation letters, please specify the name of the referee and contact information, all letters must be signed by the referee).
How can I submit the letters of recommendation? Do I need send them directly to your university?
-You can submit the letters of recommendation by our application system. Once you successfully submit your registration you shall send the hard copies of all required documents to the Admission Office of Beijing Normal University for review.

Do I need to finish my undergraduate study before I submit my application?
-Yes, you must be a bachelor degree holder before being recruited by our program. However if you are in the last year of your bachelor study you may submit your application before 10th of March this year since you are supposed to graduate from your bachelor study before September.
Does your school have any Wechat public group for admission consult?
- We don’t have student group on Wechat before dispatching offers. You may email us to brs0926@bnu.edu.cn for any questions.
How to pay the application fee?
- After the online application, fees should be paid via the internet platform. On-site payment and cash payment will not be accepted. Fees will not be returned after the payment.
