Aminu Mamman教授是一位在学术界和管理实践领域备受尊敬的学者,他拥有扎实的教育背景和丰富的国际经验。Mamman教授在英国卡迪夫大学完成了工商管理硕士(MBA)和管理学博士学位的学习,目前担任曼彻斯特大学的发展学教授。他的学术影响力遍及全球,曾受邀在世界各地担任访问教授,并在多个国际知名的学术和专业组织中发挥着重要作用,包括澳大利亚人力资源研究所、(美国)管理学会、国际商业协会、澳大利亚-新西兰管理学会、非洲管理学会以及发展研究协会等。
Mamman教授在非洲的管理和公共管理研究领域做出了显著的贡献,出版了众多书籍和高质量的学术论文。他积极推动了关于全球化对非洲企业和社会影响的研究,并特别强调了文化和社会价值在商业实践中的核心作用。他倡导采用基于“Ubuntu”哲学和非洲中心理论的管理原则,以提升非洲企业的文化认同感和全球影响力。

Professor Aminu Mamman has a strong educational background and extensive international experience in academia and management. He earned an MBA and a Ph.D. in Management from Cardiff University in the UK, and he currently serves as a Professor of Development Studies at the University of Manchester. Professor Mamman has also held numerous visiting professorships worldwide. He is an active member of several academic and professional organizations, including Australian Human Resource Institute, Academy of Management, Association of International Business; Australia-New Zealand Academy of Management; African Academy of Management, Africa Research Group, Development Studies Association.

He has made significant contributions to the fields of management and public administration research in Africa, published numerous books and high-quality academic papers. He has advanced research on the impact of globalization on African businesses and societies, emphasizing the role of cultural and social values in business practices. He advocates for management principles based on "Ubuntu" and African-centered theories to enhance cultural identity and global influence of African enterprises.

In addition to his academic research, Professor Mamman has provided valuable academic consultation for the World Bank's research project on the impact of African culture on management and serves as a professional consultant and trustee for the African Health Care Development Trust Fund. He has led and participated in several significant international research projects, including an EU-funded project exploring the impact of globalization on business management practices in African and Arab countries.

His research and teaching focus on advancing management in developing countries. Professor Aminu Mamman has conducted extensive field research in developing countries across Africa, Asia, and the Arab regions. He has gained deep insights into development issues. His work reflects a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by management in developing countries.
