Since Ximena came back from her masters program in China, she seems a lot more confident in decision-making. She is more involved in the decision-making process, and shes not afraid to speak up and give her opinion. She also manages tasks better. She is able to be more responsible for different tasks and provide good results. Having an international background has helped for her to provide different approaches and points of view.
